I've been hearing mixed reviews of that brand. my cousin has a wheel from them, but firmware has been an issue on his.

I hear the pedals are what makes it worth it, but I am unable to test any of them out myself...

The pedals are what people seem to brag about on this wheel, I've seen various cases on where the shifter "breaks"

I had a Fanatec rig for Fourza, and loved it. Except the constant firmware updates, and I had two sets of pedals crap out on me, but they were the cheap CSR basic pedals.

The wheel is awesome, the only real complaint I have with it is that the paddles seem a little flimsy, I ended up taking them off and just using the buttons they mount on.

I tried to get myself a thrustmaster R500 or whatever it is for cyber monday and missed out. i'm tempted with this wheel but if I wanna get and xbox and forza that would be a whole nother setup I'd need to purchase. Though they're pretty good at keeping their accessories compatible so it's like getting a wheel 66% off when you buy a shifter and pedal assembly And that's not including the 50 dollar shipping.

Hard to say.

I had the carrera wheel which is what's pictured minus the alcantera and with basic pedals. 2 years into ownership, the display is broken, and computer is busted. All the buttons have "moved" their mapping and constantly do so, i.e. right paddle suddenly does what the top right multifunction button is mapped to. I've gone through two of the crappy plastic pedals and the standard table mount is SHIT. Their customer service is great and sent out a second set of pedals no questions asked when the first ones pooped but unless something has changed, they have no direct American based vendor or branch so fixing a broken wheel involves sending the thing ALL the way back to Germany. ALSO, my model uses a belt system or something so it NOISY, this might not be the same. UGHH

I have a GT3RS V2 with the older clubsport pedals. They're good. well, everything except the shifters anyways. Good smooth wheel

Amazing. I have the same one, and it is great. Haven't had any problem yet.

I have the Fanatic CSR and must say:
It's fantastic in the way it performs however it is very unreliable. Very. Also, the shifter breaks really easily which is why mine is custom. (I broke mine)

I have the clubsport pedals. Big improvement over my G25 (same as the G27's) pedals. The brake has a load cell-so it goes by pressure rather than distance-like a real brake. Be sure you are able to bolt it down or prop it up against something! Even though there is an adjustment pot, you have to crank it up and press real hard to get full brake. And one thing I didn't expect-the gas pedal is great. I'm running a series in rFactor-68-71 Trans-Am cars-more power than tire. Throttle control is importiant. I thought the stock G25 gas pedal was fine-till I used this. Much more usable in part throttle applications.

Can't vouch for the wheel or shifter-but the pedals rock.
